  • Organize all onsite contact information
  • Coordinate speaker assignment


  • Includes email templates for communications to speakers, managers, registrants, attendees, client and/or staff.
  • Ensures applicable communications use pre-authorized/ approved wording.
  • Tracks all communications sent.

System Maintenance

  • Tasks handled via Capri are fully documented and can be audited
  • Add or delete users, including speakers, sales reps, other managers
